SonuHenry® welcomes interest from designers, creatives, brands, and organisations who wish to explore potential collaborations.

This policy outlines the terms under which ideas, proposals, creative concepts, or collaboration enquiries may be submitted through the website or other communication channels.

By submitting materials or proposals, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Unsolicited Submissions

Unless specifically requested, any ideas, designs, concepts, proposals, creative materials, or other submissions sent to SonuHenry® are considered unsolicited submissions.

While the interest of individuals wishing to collaborate is appreciated, submissions are reviewed at the discretion of SonuHenry®. Submission of materials does not create any obligation to review, respond to, or pursue the proposal.

No Partnership or Business Relationship

Submission of an idea, concept, or collaboration proposal does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or other business relationship with SonuHenry®.

Any collaboration or professional relationship will only arise where the parties enter into a formal written agreement.

Confidentiality

Unless expressly agreed in writing beforehand, submission of materials does not establish a confidential relationship. Individuals submitting proposals are therefore advised not to send confidential or commercially sensitive information unless a formal confidentiality agreement has been agreed in advance.

Independent Development

SonuHenry® regularly develops creative concepts, design ideas, and projects as part of its ongoing work. By submitting materials or proposals, you acknowledge that creative work developed independently may reflect themes, ideas, or directions similar to those contained within a submission.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in materials submitted remain the property of the submitting party unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No rights are transferred or licensed unless a formal collaboration or licensing agreement is entered into between the relevant parties.

Collaboration Agreements

Where it is determined that a collaboration may be appropriate, the parties will enter into formal written agreements governing the relationship.

These agreements may address matters such as intellectual property ownership, creative contributions, financial arrangements or profit sharing, production and distribution, confidentiality, and brand representation.

No collaboration will proceed without appropriate written agreements.
