2. Eligibility for Returns

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, SonuHenry^® will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include:

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are packaged securely and sent using a reliable tracked delivery service where possible.

5. Return Shipping

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For security and delivery verification purposes, SonuHenry^® recommends using a tracked and signed-for return service.

SonuHenry^® is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit where proof of postage or tracking cannot be provided.

6. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow:

• Up to 14 business days for returns to be processed after receipt
• Additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return relates to a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item.

7. Exchanges

At this time, direct exchanges may not always be available depending on product availability.

Where appropriate, customers may be advised to:

8. Non-Returnable Items

9. Refused Deliveries & Uncollected Parcels

If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned to SonuHenry^® due to failed delivery attempts, the original shipping costs and any return charges incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.

10. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard returns process outlined above.
