Order Processing
All orders are processed and packaged Monday–Friday and dispatched via Royal Mail Click & Drop every Friday and Monday, excluding public holidays. Please allow 1–2 business days for order preparation before dispatch. During collection launches, promotional periods, or high-volume times, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with full tracking details.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times
United Kingdom: We exclusively ship via Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class, ensuring your items arrive securely and require a signature upon delivery. International Shipping: We ship globally to most destinations. International delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on location and courier services. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Customs, Duties & Taxes for International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applied by their country’s customs authority. SonuHenry is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
